VI · The Assembly
A voice in the Maison, and in the group.
Residents and Citizens decide for Maison, where it opens next and how it lives, and a Citizen’s vote counts twice. Citizens alone advise Safa Global. No vote is ever weighted by investment.

Who votes
Residents vote. Citizens count twice.
Member
Hears every session and the results; votes once a Resident or Citizen.
Resident
One vote on what binds Maison: where it opens next, the house rules, perks, the gathering city, the causes.
Citizen
Two votes on the same decisions, for life. And the Assembly’s voice to Safa Global Capital, Ventures and the Foundation, and the Members’ Council, are Citizens’ alone.
A vote comes with an active membership and pauses while dues are unpaid. No vote is ever weighted by any investment a member holds, and the Assembly never votes on investments, issuances, prices or allocations.

Where Maison opens
Global cities. Six to start, then the members decide.
The first year, from autumn 2026
Mexico City · Malta · Guangzhou · Istanbul · Doha · Madrid
A host in each city, three founding dinners of twelve by invitation, the first campus sessions and the first Salon.
Then, by vote
London · Paris · Rome · Khobar · Turin · Manchester · Amsterdam
Residents and Citizens choose the order in the Maison Assembly, a Citizen’s vote counting twice, and may add a city where members already gather or where the group already works, with its companies, clients and partners.
Any time, special events
Cities we are exploring · Cities key to their region
With universities and allies, Maison may hold a special event in a city before it opens there: a workshop, a talk or a dinner. Members hear first.
A plan, not a promise: hosts come first and dinners follow, and the Assembly may change the order. Dates and venues go to members only.
How Maison opens a city
01
A host
One respected member who knows the city, reads its requests and seats its tables.
02
The founding table
Three dinners of twelve, by invitation only.
03
Campus
One university session each semester, with speakers Maison brings.
04
The list opens
Requests from the city are read; a waitlist when the tables are full.
05
The rhythm
A dinner each month, a Salon each season, meet-ups when members cross.
Safa Global
The circle around the group.
Safa Global builds ethical, asset-backed finance from Malta and grows operating companies from Mexico, under the stewardship of a foundation in Qatar. Maison is where its members, partners and friends live those values together.

Membership is not an investment
Maison gives no shares, tokens, returns, royalties or rights in any Safa Global company or security, and no priority on any offering. The Assembly’s voice on the group is advisory and never touches investment decisions.
If you want to invest, that is a separate conversation, with the right documents and only where lawful, at Safa Global Capital.
Questions
What does the Maison Assembly decide?
Two things. First, what binds Maison: the house rules, where Maison opens next, perks, the gathering city and the causes we support. Residents and Citizens vote on these, and a Citizen’s vote counts twice, because a Citizen’s seat is for life. Second, advice to Safa Global Capital, Safa Global Ventures and the Safa Global Foundation on values, ethics and impact: here only Citizens vote, one Citizen one vote, and each company answers publicly. No vote is ever weighted by any investment a member holds. It never votes on any investment, issuance, price or allocation.
Is Maison an investment?
No. Membership pays for belonging, learning, places and a voice, and nothing in it is an investment. STAC and the Sukuk Programme are regulated investments offered separately by Safa Global Capital, only where lawful and only to eligible investors; membership gives no priority and no rights in them, and our learning is education, never investment advice.
Can membership be given by invitation?
Yes. Maison invites faculty, scholars, partners, community leaders and others at its own discretion. An invitation is never promised, never tied to an investment and never part of any offer.
